All applications must be returned to: Habitat for Humanity of McIntosh County, PO BOX 2058, Darien GA 31305 or to a member of the selection committee named above. The forms may be obtained and returned during one of the events. Please make sure that you have your NAME, ADDRESS, and TELEPHONE NUMBER on the application.
